Who We Are

Antonio and Vincenza Procacci came to America in 1911. Working for just $8 a day, Antonio and his five sons saved enough money to start a family produce business in Camden, New Jersey. They expanded to southwest Florida when Antonio’s sons Michael and Joseph fell in love with Naples.
Vineyards Development Corp. broke ground on the country club in October 1986, and, satisfied in the excellence of every last detail, its planners deemed the club complete in January 1988. Vineyards Country Club has been expanded and enhanced through three renovations since its original construction.
With no debt and no bank financing behind it, Vineyards affords those who live here the added benefit of financial stability. Plus, Vineyards has never assessed its residents or its members. Ever. No CDD debt. No debt period. Which enables us to proudly stand behind our claim of Enduring. Luxury. Home. Values.
