Group Fitness Class Descriptions
Aqua Fitness has perfected the combination of aerobic calorie burning with a challenging but low impact resistance workout. Your instructor will be using pool noodles, paddles and the water’s resistance to create a fun and effective exercise routine.
This class focusing on developing core strength, flexibility, balance and stamina. You will learn to be aware of breathing patterns and spinal alignment while engaging the deep muscles of the core. All levels are welcome. Bring your mat, towel and water bottle.
In this class, you will explore some of the basic postures and breathing techniques that make up the practice of Hatha yoga. Students will learn about the basics of proper alignment and technique. Emphasis will be placed on core strength, flexibility and balance, as well as concentration and breath control. No yoga experience necessary, simply bring a willingness to move and play.

Fun and energetic class suitable for all levels. Targeting your entire core, including hips and back, this class will use multiple tools to create a strong lean midsection. This is a very beneficial class for anyone who participates in rotational exercises (i.e. Golf & Tennis)
A fusion of Latin and International music / dance themes that creates a dynamic and exciting workout based on the principle that a workout should be "FUN AND EASY TO DO." The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body
Spinning is challenging, fun, and one of the best ways to improve cardiovascular fitness while burning lots of calories. Because Spinning is low impact it is suitable for most people, and our classes can accommodate all ability levels.
This ballet inspired class corners the market for lean sculpted legs and core stability. We work on centering the hips, challenging your balance, strength and stability, while moving the body in multiple planes of motion. Barre is traditionally a barefoot class or if preferred using socks with grips is an option. Please bring a mat, a towel and your water bottle.
If you're looking for a way to reduce stress, consider tai chi. Originally developed for self-defense, tai chi has evolved into a graceful form of exercise that's now used for stress reduction and a variety of other health conditions. Often described as meditation in motion, tai chi promotes serenity through gentle, flowing movements.
Mindful Meditation with Sounds of Love
This class will teach us about the breath and various simple techniques to access the breath, quiet the mind and turn into the sublime radiance of our hearts. This class will also teach us how to meditate! We will review appropriate sitting postures for meditation. We will also explore what meditation is and what it is not.
Journey within Yoga
Journey within Yoga is a gentle class for everyone to connect the breath with the movement. A focus on being present with your alignment and creating a calmness and feeling of well being from within.
Flexibility and Focus Yoga
Flexibility & Focus Yoga is for anyone who wants to nourish the body for the activities you love the most. Help increase range of motion in the joints while honing mental concentration
A full-body cardio jam session combining light resistance with drumming. Combining cardio, isometric movements, plyometrics and isometric poses, all the while rocking to your favorite music.
This deeply relaxing practice will offer a great total body stretch. Great for everyone who would like to increase mobility and flexibility. It also includes small exercise balls, which will allow for a deeper release of the muscles.
Combine fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout. Senior strength is a dynamic combination of strength development and cardiovascular conditioning for the active older adult.
Golf Warm Up:
Golf stretches can help prepare you for a day on the course. This class is a great way to prepare your body as best as possible before practice or play. Increase flexibility, develop strength, and focus on balance to make the most of your t-time.
Fitness for Golfers:
This type of training focuses on the core stability, strength, and explosiveness needed to create stability and mobility in the right places in your body for golf. The program promotes muscle strength, balance, flexibility, speed and explosiveness throughout your body while targeting muscles in the golf swing
TPI Golf Warm Up:
Learn how the human body functions in relation to your golf swing. In this action packed, educational based class, you will find this is an excellent opportunity learn the science behind what makes for a good swing. Whether you're looking to increase your club head speed, reduce the risk of injury around the lower back or just increase your strength and tone through the core muscles, training for anti-rotation is key.
Tennis Warm Up:
This is a fun and exciting way to get your body warmed up for those back hand strokes. This class takes you out on the courts and integrates a dynamic warm-up, as well as flexibility training which is an essential element of any pre-practice or pre-competition routine. It also will help prepare the body for the demands of your tennis game.
This unique class help those with bone and joint concerns, including issues like osteoporosis, arthritis and general back and neck pain. But the workouts can benefit anyone! Those looking to tone up, enhance posture, improve balance, and gain strength.
A total body workout that efficiently sculpts a strong, lean, dancer's body. Our barre technique blends ballet-barre inspired dance movements, strength training, cardio conditioning and stretching
