Aqua Fitness has perfected the combination of aerobic calorie burning with a challenging but low impact resistance workout. Your instructor will be using pool noodles, paddles and the water’s resistance to create a fun and effective exercise routine.
This class focusing on developing core strength, flexibility, balance and stamina. You will learn to be aware of breathing patterns and spinal alignment while engaging the deep muscles of the core. All levels are welcome. Bring your mat, towel and water bottle.
In this class, you will explore some of the basic postures and breathing techniques that make up the practice of Hatha yoga. Students will learn about the basics of proper alignment and technique. Emphasis will be placed on core strength, flexibility and balance, as well as concentration and breath control. No yoga experience necessary, simply bring a willingness to move and play.

A fusion of Latin and International music / dance themes that creates a dynamic and exciting workout based on the principle that a workout should be "FUN AND EASY TO DO." The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body
This ballet inspired class corners the market for lean sculpted legs and core stability. We work on centering the hips, challenging your balance, strength and stability, while moving the body in multiple planes of motion. Barre is traditionally a barefoot class or if preferred using socks with grips is an option. Please bring a mat, a towel and your water bottle.
This deeply relaxing practice will offer a great total body stretch. Great for everyone who would like to increase mobility and flexibility. It also includes small exercise balls, which will allow for a deeper release of the muscles.

The program promotes muscle strength, balance, flexibility, speed and explosiveness throughout your body while targeting muscles in the golf swing
TPI Golf Warm Up
Learn how the human body functions in relation to your golf swing. In this action packed, educational based class, you will find this is an excellent opportunity learn the science behind what makes for a good swing. Whether you're looking to increase your club head speed, reduce the risk of injury around the lower back or just increase your strength and tone through the core muscles, training for anti-rotation is key.
Tennis Warm Up
This is a fun and exciting way to get your body warmed up for those back hand strokes. This class takes you out on the courts and integrates a dynamic warm-up, as well as flexibility training which is an essential element of any pre-practice or pre-competition routine. It also will help prepare the body for the demands of your tennis game.
