TRX suspension training uses straps, gravity, and your body weight to increase your strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability.  The flexibility of TRX allows participants to progress to different levels of intensity and choose options that are right for them. Simply by changing resistance and altering body position, each participant can customize their workout for their own needs and goals, making it a great option for ALL FITNESS LEVELS!  It’s also a great option for anyone who wants to add cross-training into their workouts.

Tai Chi

If you're looking for a way to reduce stress, consider tai chi. Originally developed for self-defense, tai chi has evolved into a graceful form of exercise that's now used for stress reduction and a variety of other health conditions. Often described as meditation in motion, tai chi promotes serenity through gentle, flowing movements.

Balance Training

This class will cover the basic concepts of Tai Chi. Posture, relaxed deep breathing, flowing movement and a basic understanding of mind-body connection will be discussed. This is a great class to improve body awareness and balance. Appropriate for all ages.

Meditative Yoga

This class will teach us about the breath and various simple techniques to access the breath, quiet the mind and turn into the sublime radiance of our hearts. This class will also teach us how to meditate! We will review appropriate sitting postures for meditation. We will also explore what meditation is and what it is not.

Aqua Zumba

Perfect for those looking to make a splash by adding a low-impact, high-energy aquatic exercise to their fitness routine. There is less impact on your joints during an Aqua Zumba®class so you can really let loose. Water creates natural resistance, which means every step is more challenging and helps tone your muscles. Aqua Zumba blends the Zumba philosophy with water resistance, for one pool party you shouldn’t miss!

Outdoor Restorative Yoga

Restorative yoga is a practice that is all about slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching. During the long holds of restorative yoga, however, your muscles are allowed to relax deeply. It's a unique feeling because props, rather than your muscles, are used to support your body. Restorative classes are very mellow, making them a good complement to more active practices and an excellent antidote to stress.
